Celebrating 10 Years | Ophthalmology Specific EHR 

I have been using doctorsoft for a few years now. I have used more than 3 different EMRs prior to settling on doctorsoft, so I have a good perspective of what is out there. I can honestly say that Doctorsoft EMR has contributed to my increased efficiency both in clinical documentation and billing that is superior to prior EMRs that I have tried. I like that the documentation templates can be modified to fit my needs, as well as to the needs of the various staff. There are many bells and whistles built-in to the software, and the company is constantly adding more functions. By setting up templates I feel the workflow is very smooth and efficient, such that I am able to complete the full note encounter with billing quickly before I leave the patient’s room. The interface is very intuitive, and the software can be accessed through my iPad or any computer with an internet connection. The support is highly dependable, as all my support requests get answered the same day or within 24 hours. I feel that the company is very trustworthy and consistent, as there has not been any time in the clinic where the EMR has experienced a downtime event. We have expanded this EMR into our satellite clinics and will continue to use this software for the foreseeable future.
