HOW TO OPEN A TICKET WITH DOCTORSOFT EHR?

Doctorsoft’s engagement strategy has always been customer-centric and client services remains one of the most essential parts of our organization. That’s why we came up with a HIPAA-compliant help desk that allows practices and their staff to open tickets in the easiest and simplest of ways. 

Client services agents at Doctorsoft keep track of all the tickets in our helpdesk portal at doctorsoft.freshdesk.com.  We are pleased to announce that there are now multiple channels via which you can now access support; telephone, help desk portal, help desk portal chat, Facebook Messenger, Twitter DM (Direct Messaging), and coming soon, WhatsApp. 

Client Services Support Channels

HIPAA-compliant Help Desk:

  • One of many ways you can open a ticket is by visiting our help desk portal:
    https://doctorsoft.freshdesk.com
  • Create an account on the support portal and provide the required credentials like email-id, username, and password. If you already have access, you can log in with the same email id and password or simply use your Facebook, Twitter or Google credentials to log in. 
  • After successful login to the support portal, just click on the ticket button on the right bottom side for customer support service within the help desk.

Multi-Channel Support

Doctorsoft has now launched multiple channels of client services support that enables practices to reach out to us through email support (at) doctorsoft.com, U.S. toll telephone support via (424) 453-2058.

Help Desk Chatbot

Doctorsoft provides live chat support during business hours help desk portal where the practices can ask questions or open a ticket. The chat pod also converts the live chats into tickets if the issue needs more detailed attention.
