Dr. Victor H. Gonzalez, the founder of Valley Retina Institute in South Texas, is an American Board of Ophthalmology certified ophthalmologist. Dr. Gonzalez received a degree in medicine from Harvard Medical School, ophthalmology training at the Doheny Eye Institute in Los Angeles, CA, and retinal training at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary.
